Our Project Based Events

    Hike A Bike (Adrenaline Filled)

    During this One Full Day project participants will hike and/or bike (which could possibly means we push more than we pedal). ADRENALINE

    Participants will receive a bear/snake safety class and be gifted a bear bell as well as a basic first aid class throughout checkin points. EDUCATION

    Our team will prepare lunch, snacks and hydration packets sponsored by LMNT at the trail head, carried by you. COMMUNITY

    We intend to finish with Kombucha/ Tea Lunch Or Snacks And A Campfire Conversation if the environment allows.

    At times dining out may be sponsored by the local community. But prepare for salami and cheese.

  • Women are in a studio competitively sparring in Fencing Gear

    En Garde!

    This project happens in the studio. We partnered with an amazing business run by a local family near MSU. Bozeman Fencing Association has not only invited us in but they prepare a group lesson that feels very one on one each time that we go. This particular day event is what we call an all in one full of community, education and adrenaline.

    Hydration packets are sponsored by LMNT

    We want to introduce you to modalities that encourage stress relief, fun and exercise! You get to choose what fits for your life. Come try new things with us!

    Self Supported Splendor

    This One Full Day winter project will be spent either snow-shoeing/xc skiing or a combination of both! We will be self supported for approximately 10K with the ability to hone skills, break out into ability groups or enjoy a leisure stroll surrounded by the breathtaking pines and firs of our local area! We will supply light lunch to pack yourself and hydration packets sponsored by LMNT. You need not be an expert skier or even have been on ski’s prior to this event. We will have guides present.

  • Focus, Stance, Breathe Archery

    Hosted by Big Sky Archery in Bozeman. A guided lesson on process over perfection. This skill focuses on breath work, stance, posture and concentration. Who knew adrenaline could fill the body while standing still?

    After this event we gather at Dry Hills Distillery, another great local family owned Bozeman Business to enjoy food and discuss and laugh about what we just did!

Community And Education Through Books

And if you join us on an icy road day maybe you’ll get some adrenaline the Montana way! (Ha!)

We just finished reading a fiction novel based on World War II and the effect it had on a young man in Italy.

When Alongside WVO came to fruition in April 2024 we were established for the female combat veteran. Since that short time, I myself came to the realization that there was an extremely important group of women that could not be omitted. The spouses of these Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen. The First Responder Women and the wives of First Responders. We Have More In Common Than We Don’t.
