    Disconnect to Connect

    Our hyper-connectivity to the world enhances our efficiency in communications yet we become desensitized to real people and real conversations.

    On average a person spends over 6 hours connected to devices of technology. We are distracted and overloaded.

    Part of our project is to disconnect from our screens and connect with people around us. Every minute counts.

  • Campfires

    Campfires offer a sense of calm connection. Often seen as a communal place to gather and socialize.

    They provide a grounding experience fostering connection within and with nature. Here we simply provide a place for reflection and relaxation.

    Trails, Bikes, Skis

    Being outside doing an activity in a group provides people with mental, physical and social benefits.

    Surrounding your self with nature is a mood boost!

    Exercising lowers blood pressure and helps ensure quality sleep.

    Working on a project in a group gives you an emotional connection.

    All good things, all things we have heard before, so it is time to use these resources.

    Bike/Ski maintenance.

    First aid in the wilderness

    Nutrition for the Brain

    and a lesson in Foraging!!

Alongside and the people who participate in our project are supporting the cultivation of project-based mental health.

Our organization intends to remain intimate. We will focus on each group of women and use only what we need, wasting no resource donated to our cause.
